Why doesn't the MyEconoday program seem to update my data in Outlook?
There could be several reasons for this.  First, there may not be any updates available.  However, if you know that there are updates available, check if the MyEconoday icon on your Windows tasktray is blinking.  If your MyEconoday globe icon is blinking, then there is an update available for you to retrieve.  To manually obtain the update, double-click on the MyEconoday icon, and select the MyEconoday module you wish to update.  Then click on the UPDATE button.

Why do I have to manually retrieve the data each time to get an update?
You don't have to retrieve your updates manually.  Right-click on the MyEconoday icon to bring up the menu and select the MyEconoday Preferences shortcut.  Now, check the box next to the Auto Import Updates.  If you are using Outlook, this will automatically download and import your MyEconoday data.

I have installed the MyEconoday for Pocket PC, now how do I run it?

I installed the MyEconoday Mobile edition, but the Menu Option does not display?

In Outlook, I get a warning: "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.  Do you want to allow this?"
This prompt is MS's response to the large number of viruses which target OUTLOOK.  You will see this message when MyEconoday attempts to update evens you have downloaded.  This message is only an alert, and in no way does MyEconoday inflict damage to OUTLOOK Calendar.  As the prompt indicates, you should select "yes" if you would like MyEconoday to update the information in your OUTLOOK Calendar.
